Career progression based on performance, not length of employment
Firstly, we completely understand the frustrations of not knowing which agency this role is for (nor the clients and brands you’d be working on). But please give us a quick call and we can reveal this to you with more insight.
First calls are always casual and commitment free. It’s just about giving you a clear understanding of the opportunity and for us to assess whether you’re the right fit for the role. We’ll provide you with upfront and honest detail to guide you in your next move.
About the agency
Be part of an agency that thrives on making big impactful campaigns. Campaigns that are creatively led and designed to shake up industries and build brands. This is one of London’s most strategic & creative agencies with a long-standing reputation for delivering standout campaigns.
With just 35 employees, they’ve been able to remain entrepreneurial and nimble while constantly looking ahead. In fact, their team comprises of a number of industry frontrunners, including a Head of Digital, Social Media Analysts and researchers. This alone tells you how much thought and planning goes on behind the scenes.
It’s a buzzing environment. We know that sounds cliché but sometimes you just have to call a spade a spade. They are collaborative with no egos. Even Directors muck in on media relations and event management to get the job done.
It’s an agency for team players and it’s those willing to go outside of their role limits and stretch themselves who progress here. They’re looking for someone who will constantly question the relevance of the campaigns they’re creating.
An in-house bar, culture funds, social funds, cocktails at 4pm every Friday and team outings (regularly) make up the fabric of this place.
Training & Career Development
What’s awesome about their structure is that they promote based on merit. You don’t have to wait for yearly reviews or for others around you to progress at the same rate. If you’re good, you’re good and they won’t hold you back. In fact, we placed an AE into the agency who progressed to an AM in just 1.5 years. For no other reason than they were nailing the job. The same happens for senior level employees.
You’ll receive on-the-job training alongside a structured programme of development at each level. On top of that they bring in a bunch of experts to expand your thinking – everything from expanding your mind to not be biased right through to creativity for different demographics.
