About the job

  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with employees, clients, and suppliers .at all levels is at the core of this position.
  • One of your clients could be a trade associate for fruit. What’s unique about this client is you’ll help position them outside of their usual food / grocery-styled content. Tapping into key cultural moments like sexual health and well-being, you’ll position them as a socially conscious industry body.
  • Another client could be a leading vegan chocolate brand. Fed up with the limited, and albeit it, tasteless options out there, this account is creating tasty chocolate that everyone can access.
  • You will establish ongoing relationships with key influencers and content creators.
  • Providing and creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts is an important part of this role.
  • You will monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Staying on top of digital and social trends and looking for opportunities for your clients to tap into.

 

About you

  • You will need to be working as a Social Media Account Executive, ideally from a London-based agency.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) is essential.
  • You have the ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events).
  • Verbal communication and excellent writing skills are core requirements of this role.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
