About the job

  • Project Management: You will manage a team of AE’s and AMs in ensuring client work is delivered in time and on budget.
  • Strategy development: You’ll play a key part, alongside the Directors in working the data and analytics team to create social strategies that have a real commercial impact for your clients.
  • Client counsel: A key part of your role is to provide senior client counsel – helping them to define their social media objectives, appropriate channel strategy, understanding their business challenges and pushing back when you don’t feel the right approach is being taken.
  • New Business: You’ll be responsible for looking at organic growth opportunities within your retainers and projects. You’ll also play a key part in leading on new business pitch opportunities.


About you

  • Social Media Experience: You will currently be a Social Media Account Director ideally coming from agency side with experience working on consumer brand or B2B accounts.
  • Strategic Mindset: You’ll have an inquisitive nature and be someone that cares about the impact of a social media campaign, why a strategy will work or not work and have a love for what the data says about the social strategy you have created.
  • Project Management & Leadership: You’ll have impeccable time management skills and the ability to pull teams together to achieve client objectives.
