About the job

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise tech, corporate, and innovation clients, delivering strategic campaigns that drive real business impact. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, providing hands-on counsel while leading projects end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys shaping client portfolios, and wants to focus on meaningful, results-driven PR and communications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide strategic counsel on campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand the agency’s impact.

 

About you 

  • You are a Senior Account Manager coming from a PR agency (or a seasoned Account Manager ready to step up) or you come from a PR-adjacent background with the equivalent years of experience (3 – 4+).
  • Experienced in managing enterprise tech, corporate, or innovation-focused clients and work streams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Confident client-facing communicator and trusted advisor.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a flexible, outcomes-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who values mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
  • Passionate about working on meaningful, impactful campaigns rather than churn-and-burn PR.
