About the agency

You might not have yet heard about Think/Feel/Do (T/F/D) but they should be on your radar. This nimble agency packs a mighty punch when it comes to delivering campaigns with impact.

Whilst PR for technology brands is what they do at the core, many of their campaigns are completely integrated. Alongside this, they act as a marketing team for some clients, provide consultation around brand repositions and deliver a good chunk of digital marketing work.

2020 saw this agency hit their stride. Revenue grew 20%, a raft of UK and global clients came on board and they set themselves up for further expansion. With revenue now hitting £1m, 2021 is the time to join T/F/D.

You’ll be joining at a time of expansion and have a chance to contribute and be rewarded for the commercial impact you have on the business. Rather than just being another team member at T/F/D, you’ll form part of their growth team.

Right now, T/F/D are a small team of 5 internal employees. They’ve only just finished hiring a new team member but with continued growth they need more people. You’d be the 6th employee.


T/F/D work with a range of tech clients that have interesting stories to tell. They also deliver global campaigns which are hub managed from their London office. A selection of clients include:

  • Hexagon – a multi-billion-dollar global leader in sensor, software and autonomous solutions that works across industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, safety and mobility applications. From autonomous driving to protecting citizens, Hexagon touches so many parts of our daily lives.

  • Entrust is a global player in secure identity, payments and data protection – dedicated to delivering the simple and secure user experiences needed to keep citizens, commerce and information moving safely.


T/F/D has a collaborative, dynamic work environment. Based in a creative co-working space in Peckham, you’ll be sat amongst a bunch of dynamic fast-growing businesses. (After COVID has gone that is!). They have a flexible work policy, so you can bounce between home and the office, depending on your situation.

It is an agency where you are given the autonomy and trust to get on with the job. At the same time, you’ll work closely with the team and have extensive one-to-one time with the two directors of the business. This exposure will rapidly develop your skillset.


About the job

  • This is a pivotal role in the agency that will help a newly hired Account Manager drive media relations, activate campaigns and manage client relationships. This presents a great deal of opportunity to grow with the agency.
  • You’ll become one of T/F/D’s key campaign activators – following the news agenda, tapping your clients into the story, coming up with news angles and keeping clients updated on the results.
  • You’ll get involved in developing creative ideas, competitor analysis and contribute to new business pitches. You can expect exposure to a lot more planning and strategy side of PR compared with much larger agencies.
  • You’ll also work closely with the Directors and T/F/D’s digital specialist to help integrate campaigns.


About You

  • To be considered for this role you will need to be a PR Senior Account Executive with experience working on B2B technology clients.
  • You’ll show a solid understanding of the tech media landscape, how to craft a news angle and an ability to secure coverage.
  • You’ll have strong writing skills and the ability to write press releases by-line articles, blogs and contribute to white papers.
