About the agency

Specialising in communications, reputation management and strategic advisory, they are a communications agency for brands, organisations and individuals.

In 2 years they have grown to a team of 16. COVID has not slowed them down. In fact, they’ve taken on another three team members during this time, won a raft of new clients and moved into new offices.

This isn’t your typical PR agency. They are relentless until they shift the conversation, raise awareness of an issue or have a commercial impact for their client.

They work with innovators that are shaking up established industries. Clients include an app that helps to diagnose dementia, the UK’s largest independent snack brand and an investment manager that focuses on sustainability.

Every member of the team embodies their core values. They’re honest, dedicated and work hard for their clients and each other.

What we found unique about this agency is that everyone is empowered to be the very best they can be. More importantly, they are allowed to do so. Account Executives are trusted to have key conversations with CEO’s, Account Managers are providing client counsel and everyone is challenged to think differently.

They’re also confident, curious and entrepreneurially minded. They’re here to build something exceptional, not to do what’s been done before. Everyone in the team takes on responsibility from the first day and has the chance to make an immediate impact.

They’re not a company of big egos. They shout about their clients and the issues that matter.

For people willing to go the extra mile and take a strategic lead, this agency will nurture and progress you quickly. They’re looking for someone to who will always be conscious of the bigger picture with their campaigns, making sure there’s a long-term impact.

Annual summer getaways allow the team to bond further and gives everyone the chance to unwind after all their hard work.
