About the job

This PR Manager job opportunity is a brand-new position and will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the agency. Reporting directly into the Founders you will create a PR and Marketing strategy to help raise the profile of the work and the business. The goal is to attract more digital briefs to the agency.

You will:

  • Be given creative freedom to make the agency famous. This can be through cutting edge campaigns, thought leadership programmes and news hijacking opportunities.
  • Build relationships with relevant media and suitable consumer titles.
  • Help to create and deliver event concepts for the agency and also create speaker opportunities for the Founders.
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy


About you

  • You will be currently working either in-house in a PR role or within a PR agency where you have worked on corporate / B2B campaigns. Ideally at PR Manager or Account Manager / Senior Account Manager level.
  • The sector experience you have is flexible but you will need to know how to create thought leadership campaigns, CEO profiling opportunities and deliver media commentary/news hijacking opportunities for the Founders.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation experience is needed
  • The ability to build media relationships is key. Media contacts within the marketing, digital and advertising trade media would be advantageous
  • You will be able to create and deliver yearly PR plans/strategies
