About the job

  • This role will sit within the campaigns team, delivering work for consumer brands. This is not consumer campaigns, rather it is at the intersection of consumer and corporate. It’s reputation work, helping consumer brands tackle issues close to their heart, from healthy eating to prevent financial fraud, to campaigning for behaviour changing issues.
  • Working closely with the corporate reputation team, you’ll tackle communication challenges from an integrated perspective. This includes looking at what issues a brand can own and influence positively.
  • You’ll help develop your team’s media strategies, upskilling them to look at the cause / key story, media angle and how the story can influence behaviour or issues in the media.
  • You’ll drive the strategic thinking on your accounts and lead on client counsel, working to build a deeper understanding of your client’s commercial objectives and how communications can help solve this.
  • You will help deliver new business pitches, converting leads into wins. The good news is, this agency is winning the lions share of the best briefs on the market.


About You

  • You will be a Director coming from a PR agency where you are working on corporate campaigns for consumer brands. Alternatively, you’ll be a consumer PR professional that has moved into a more corporate or corpsumer focused role.
  • You’ll have a campaigning mindset and be someone that understands how to create strategies that create change and can tap into key news agenda stories on hard-hitting issues.
  • You’ll be someone that thinks of the broader picture and how your client fits into this or can tap into this and what the commercial impact is for your client.
  • New business experience is essential. You’ll be someone that has the gravitas to hold a room, engage clients and present a winning pitch.
