This is a senior, established Associate Director opportunity sitting at the intersection of sport, culture, and consumer brand partnerships. You’ll play a leading role across global, sports-heavy accounts, acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients while shaping work that lives beyond traditional PR.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior lead for a sports-driven global brand, overseeing high-profile activations and major sporting moments.
  • Lead the hero account, delivering purpose-led campaigns that combine sports performance, wellness, and earned impact.
  • Direct global sponsorship activations, including the potential to activate on-site at major international events like the Grand Prix and World Cup.
  • Act as a senior client counsellor, providing strategic advice and earned-first thinking across complex, multi-market briefs.
  • Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, and influencer leads to execute through-the-line campaigns.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • You are an established Associate Director (or strong Senior AD) with large PR agency experience. 
  • You have deep, demonstrable experience leading sports, performance, or wellness brands, with a strong instinct for athlete-led storytelling.
  • You bring credibility in managing major brand partnerships and integrated campaigns that go beyond “standard” PR.
  • You have been trained in high-calibre agency environments and are confident leading senior client rooms and large teams.
