About the job
This Associate Director – Social Strategy role will take a lead on 3-4 core accounts. The consumer brands you work on are completely flexible and all accounts are up for grabs. Big travel brands, alcohol brand, retailers, banks, FMCG, automotive + more.
You’ll work with the agency’s cutting edge process to drive deep data insights, looking at online human behaviour to create strategies that have a commercial impact. You’ll go beyond the normal data & insights and utilise tools to look at touchpoints other agencies miss.
Provide insightful, business driven ideas and information which positively impact the client’s business
Leading and inspiring the internal teams to ensure consistent, timely and excellent delivery of projects
Work with research analysts and data scientists to create data models that drive the strategy
Working with the senior team to develop innovative thinking that drives creative excellence
Contribute to business processes, growth, and direction
Manage and grow a team
To be considered for this Associate Director – Social Strategy job you will need to come from an agency-side position where you are currently an Associate Director working on social media strategies.
Whilst creativity is great and will be utilised, your strength will be in your ability to look through the data trends to drive strategic thinking.
