About the agency

This agency is on a roll. They won at the most recent PR Week awards and have cleaned up at every awards ceremony they’ve entered since their short existence.

Within a short time, they’ve established themselves as a leading creative agency that delivers on strategy, not just coverage for the sake of it. Now a team of 29 people with two Creative Directors and Strategy Director, they’re not interested in delivering work on boring press office functions. Rather, they want to secure coverage that has an impact and they want to ensure that it’s part of a wider creative platform.

About the job

  • This role will see you work across 4-5 accounts. The full client portfolio is flexible but it will definitely include a major hotel brand (EMEA), a leading entertainment/broadband provider and an FMCG brand.
  • You’ll be hands-on with helping the team develop strategies that shift brand perceptions, engage new target markets and create brand awareness. You can be assured, you won’t be working in an agency that is coverage for coverage sake.
  • You’ll manage a team of AE’s and SAE’s to achieve account objectives alongside being a key client contact.


About You

  • To be considered for this role you will need to already be at Account Manager level working within a PR agency experience.
  • Your experience will need to be on at least one to two large brands where you have worked on driving creative campaigns.
  • You’ll have started to build a solid understanding of how to create PR strategies
