About the agency:

Founded in 2020, Fight or Flight (FoF) has taken B2B PR and turned it on its head. They’ve worked on some epic, creative campaigns for the likes of Trainline, Sky Connect, American Express, LinkedIn, Lyca Mobile, and Expedia to name just a few.

About the job:

●      Environment: You will be working closely with the SAD to pull off ambitious campaigns for a variety of B2B clients. You will also be key in supervising SAMs on projects.

●      Work: Working on international projects, creating and facilitating B2B PR campaigns.

●      Impactful projects: Despite the reputation of B2B PR, FoF seeks to present another, rejuvenated side to the industry. 

●      Planning and Strategy: You will be on the front lines of change, heavily involved in the planning and running of campaigns. Your role will focus heavily on the strategy and planning of campaigns – interrogating clients further on the how/what/why of their briefs. 

●      Counsel: You will be providing important updates and counsel to clients.

●      Progression: You’ll find yourself moving through promotions quickly if you are suited well to the pace of the agency.


About you:

●      Experience: You will be an established PR Account Director, ideally with 6 years of B2B PR Experience.

●      Creative mind: FoF seeks to make provocative, creative statements with every campaign. It will be important for you to be able to strategize and create with them in unique ways. 

●      Media Background: You’ll have roots in the industry and contacts in the media. Show off your network at this agency, they’ll love you for it
