About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and successful delivery of consumer-focused campaigns.
  • Manage and initiate the set-up, strategy, ideation, brainstorms, delivery, implementation, and reporting for all clients.
  • Develop and effectively present strategic marketing communications and PR plans.
  • Provide client counsel.
  • Lead media engagement for key clients to secure leading coverage.
  • Effectively manage agency resources and account team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and training junior staff.
  • Provide clients with strategic advice, industry knowledge, insights on competitor news, and find proactive opportunities.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3+ years of experience in a consumer PR agency.
  • Has strong relationships with consumer media.
  • Has experience managing long-standing retained clients, working to maintain and build reputation from within.
  • Has a high-energy, proactive attitude and is ready to elevate existing work with high-tier, ambitious tactics.
  • Is independent and proactive.
