About the job 

  • This is a finance role at the heart of a thriving creative business. You’ll be responsible for managing key financial processes across the agency and its sister brands, Red Lion and SHOOK Agency.
  • From running the purchase ledger and reconciling accounts to managing staff expenses and credit card payments, you’ll ensure that everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
  • You’ll become a trusted point of contact for all things finance, helping the business make smart decisions with accurate, timely data.
  • This isn’t a dry back-office role – you’ll be working closely with creative teams, building relationships and playing a vital part in the agency’s ongoing success.

 

About you

  • You have a solid understanding of double entry accounting.
  • Your organisational skills are second to none – you manage a busy workload with ease.
  • You’re comfortable using Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and pride yourself on your accuracy.
  • You’re proactive, enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
  • Experience with Paprika finance software is a plus.
  • You didn’t go to university? No problem. Your passion for finance, curiosity and willingness to learn are what really matter.
  • Studying AAT (or equivalent) is preferred, but not a core requirement.
