Our client is a B-Corp communications agency that creates exciting campaigns for a wide variety of clients occupying the travel, hospitality and wider consumer sectors.
In the past they have hosted a virtual Tour de France for one of their clients, championing D&I across Europe with a coordinated campaign; and a 360 integrated campaign for health eating, fronted by none other than Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill.

About the job:
- This role is for an experienced Account Director with strong Consumer experience. Your portfolio will be primarily on two key clients in the F&B/travel spaces, as well as 2-3 more across wider consumer clients with a slight F&B theme.
- The team has a strong group of AMs and executives, and part of your role will be to guide them in their roles and in obtaining coverage – helping them pivot on media angles where needs be.
- Freelance: This FL role will run for around 3 months from the start of September, and will ideally be for 6-8 days per month. However, they have a lot of new business coming through and by the end of this week they could need a full time freelancer.
- One key account is a travel website: They do an annual travel report in September which will require selling into consumer news segments. They are also upping the ante on consumer campaign activations.
- The other key account is a premium ready made food brand. This is an account that will also involve campaign activations, and also some profiling of the owner. This role will have very little client interaction, as it is an interim role, and your position will primarily be to drive coverage and aid in creative ideas for campaign activations.
About you:
- To be considered for this role you’ll need to be an experienced PR SAM/Account Director with at least 5-6 years of agency side experience. You’ll have strong consumer PR experience, ideally with some specific experience in the F&B and travel spaces.
- You’ll have your roots embedded in the industry and contacts in mainstream media and some lifestyle titles are a must. Show off your network at this agency, they’ll love you for it.

- You will need experience in line managing and guiding with confidence – as well as handling campaigns and coverage drives without guidance.
