About the job

  • In this role, you’ll build integrated strategic communications and project plans.
  • Oversee the delivery of all day-to-day client activity, set gold standards and drive quality control.
  • You’ll build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and the wider team.
  • Lead decision-making and be able to handle client situations including issues and crises.
  • You’ll work across 2 clients. One will be the first free interactive streaming platform dedicated to the future of our planet.
  • The other client is Europe’s largest refugee charity. Both are undergoing rapid expansion into North America.


About You

  • You’ll be a savvy communications professional at Senior Account Manager / Account Director level (5+ years’ experience).
  • Tackling a challenge head on is your forte. You’ll be ready to muck in where needed and capable of working independently.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of the North American media landscape is essential. You’ll be able to demonstrate relationships with key media.
  • Leadership skills through team management, strategic thinking and ability to inspire others is paramount.
  • This agency admires passion. Bringing a unique set of skills will help expand their existing knowledgebase.
  • You’ll need to be based in North America. New York is ideal.
