About the job

Eco Age is looking for a hands-on, highly organised Events Manager to lead its expanding portfolio of sustainability-focused events. This newly created role offers the opportunity to design and deliver high-impact events that bring Eco Age’s mission to life.

You’ll take ownership of the events calendar from large scale productions such as Green Carpet Fashion Awards to smaller networking events, panel discussions, and client activations that reflect Eco Age’s creative and purpose-driven ethos.

This role works closely with the PR, editorial, and leadership teams, ensuring every event is seamlessly executed and aligned with Eco Age’s wider communications and partnerships strategy. As the agency grows, there is scope to build and manage a dedicated events team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of all Eco Age events from concept to completion.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and external production partners.
  • Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site logistics.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal PR and editorial teams to ensure event promotion and coverage.
  • Ensure each event aligns with Eco Age’s sustainability values and creative standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, talent, and partners.
  • Support post-event evaluation and reporting to inform future planning.

 

About you

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3-5 years’ experience managing high-profile events, within fashion, beauty, or sustainability sectors.
  • Is confident overseeing complex projects, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Has experience developing sponsorships or brand partnerships.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Brings excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is passionate about sustainability and creative storytelling.
  • Is open to international travel for key events.
