A note from Nous on Diversity & Inclusion

“At Bastion we continue to strive and deliver our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. While video gamers have stereotypically been portrayed as a niche in society, we recognise the size and diversity of the video games audience and will continue to build a team that reflects that audience. That is why we have pledge to the #RaiseTheGame diversity pledge led by the trade body for the UK video games industry and supporting initiatives such as SavePoint, a membership created to support under-represented genders working in the video games industry. We know we still have more to do, but we’ve made a commitment to continue on this journey.”

Ravi Vijh, Managing Director at Bastion
