About the agency

An outstanding agency, to have only set up in January 2017 but growing faster than most we know, they are really packing a punch.

In under three years, they have grown to a team of 15, picked up a bunch of retained clients and are out on a number of new biz pitches. They’ve also recently hired senior leadership from Brands2Life and Edelman, beefing out both their technology and consumer PR credentials.

This is a really exciting time to joining the agency. Every person that comes on board plays a key role in the agency’s progress and is rewarded for it, with sizeable shares in the profit and flexible working.

Each year they take the team on a luxury international trip and if that’s not enough, they allocate £1000 per person per year to individual training & development alongside a raft of other benefits that includes complete flexible working.

Clients on the consumer side include whisky brands, a dating app and a fast-growing baby brand. On the tech & corporate side, they work with a bunch of fintech companies, a well-known car sharing brand + many others.

 

About the job

  • This agency is forward thinking and even though they are only 2.5 years old, they are growing out their social team
  • This role will report into their Digital lead, who has been named in PR Weeks 30 under 30 in 2018
  • You’ll provide a support service to the wider PR team sitting in on briefing sessions, looking at how social media should be integrated and offering advice.
  • You’ll also create social strategies across consumer, corporate and technology accounts.

 

About you

  • To be considered for this role you’ll need to have a solid understanding of social media beyond just posting and scheduling.
  • You’ll be able to show an understanding of social strategy – the how, what and why as to brand building and campaigns.
  • You’ll be someone that is up to date on social trends and looking to join an agency that you can make an impact rather than just be another number.
  • Ideally, you’ll be coming from an agency side social role but the in-house experience will also be considered.
