Latte is ecstatic to be SHOOK’s talent partner. They launched in 2020 and we’re helping them to find first-class talent that wants to be part of SHOOK’s foundations. Combining behaviour-design and creativity to fix brand and behaviour challenges, the agency works across creative, communications, and campaigning to create ideas that shake the world for a range of exciting consumer brands and charities.

With backing from Hope & Glory and being listed by PR Week as a 2021 “agency to watch”, SHOOK is out to shake things up and make a difference. They recently won Creative Moment's 'New Agency of the Year' and were ‘Highly Commended’ as Best New Agency at the PR Week 2021 awards. Their thought-provoking work with Adult CP Hub achieved ‘Highly Commended’ status (PR Week 2021) and won ‘Health and Wellness Campaign of the Year’ at the Creative Moment awards (2021). They’re also up for three PRCA awards. Incredibly impressive for a one-year-old agency!

We think one of the best parts about SHOOK is who they work with. From BCorp retail brands and FMCG icons to national and global charities - you’ll get to work with some brilliant businesses, helping good brands do good things.

Recent work has included: defining the purpose and brand narrative of two global brands; putting pressure on the government to change policy for two charities; creative comms campaigns for consumer brands including Onken, Bother, and SO JUST SHOP, and comms strategy support for The Ruth Strauss Foundation.

  • Partnering with The Gut Stuff, SHOOK is supporting their mission to help everyone get better gut health – sparking conversations and breaking taboos. This super cool scale-up is always being talked about!
  • SHOOK works with a number of charities on campaigning work that shakes the world. Their recent #StampOutTheGap campaign for Adult CP Hub helped show how adults with CP are treated like second-class citizens – because they don’t get joined-up healthcare like people with other lifelong conditions. The creative campaign got media attention, created social buzz, and most importantly got noticed by the people with the power to change things.

At the helm of the agency is power duo Gemma Moroney and Damon Statt who were previously Head of Insight & Strategy and Executive Creative Director at Mischief. Rest assured, you’re in (really) good hands.

SHOOK is based in Farringdon, London, and aims to operate on a 3:2 office: elsewhere policy (work three days in the office, two elsewhere). However, they are open to other ways of splitting office and elsewhere time.
